My name is Barbara Sandosa. I am a “forty-something” lover of pastries, an avid cook, and I work in our town’s most reputable law firm, J. Wilfred & Co. Mr. Wilfred is my boss and I have always looked out for his best interest especially when it comes to clients who walk in there and try to pull the wool over his eyes.

I live alone with a library of books, Netflix movies and documentaries to entertain me; I especially like murder mysteries. And when I was a teenager, I really wanted to be a police detective. However, fate brought me instead to a law firm where I’ve been working as a paralegal for the past twenty years and most recently, with my young assistant, Harry Buford.

I must admit that my boss never has prior knowledge of these instances and one time when he found out what I had done, he threatened to fire me. Me who’s only looking out for his best interest. Needless to say, I was very hurt.
