It is my pleasure to share with you the cover reveal for the next book in the “Poppy McAllister” mystery series, coming February 2022 and is up for preorder.

Book Synopsis
When vintage items go up for auction, gluten-free baker and B&B owner Poppy McAllister discovers some people will pay the ultimate price. . .
It’s peak summer season at the Butterfly House Bed and Breakfast in Cape May, with tourists fluttering in and out and wreaking enough havoc to rival a Jersey Shore hurricane. Also back in town is Courtney Whipple and his family of antique dealers for the annual Cold Spring Village antique show. Courtney’s son Auggie has a unique piece he believes will fetch them a fortune if he can get it authenticated in time—a piece rival dealer Grover Prickle insists was stolen from his store.
Poppy and her Aunt Ginny attend the auction, hoping to bid on an armoire for the B&B, and discover a veritable armory for sale—everything from ancient blades and nineteenth-century guns to such potential killing devices as knitting needles and a blacksmith hammer. Strangely, they don’t see either Auggie or Grover—or the mysterious item they both claim to own. Then during the auction, a body falls out of the very armoire Poppy was hoping to acquire, stabbed through the heart. Now, surrounded by competitive dealers and makeshift weapons, she must find out who turned the auction house into a slaughterhouse . . .

Love the cover and as always, I will be anxiously awaiting the release date!!
Thank you so much, Susan. It’s a beauty isn’t it!
It’s great! Looking forward to reading this.
Thank you! I hope you love it!
Love the cover and love this series! It’s one of the truly funniest out there. Congratulations!
OMG- Yes, Ellen! Isn’t she a riot in a bag? I usually laugh out loud for real when I’m reading my cozies. Libby is one that actually makes me “snort-laugh” when I am reading her books. She may not be the only one who can make me do that, but she’s certainly one of the top one who can!
Tracy, You are too sweet! It was always my goal to make my readers snort laugh!
Thank you so much, Ellen! That means the world to me!
Beautiful cover. Congratulations!
Thank you!!!
Great cover! Love the book blurb too!
Thank you Sherry, Sarah Winston would find lot’s of interesting things at the Cold Spring Village Antique Show!
Well, today I guess I just love everything! I love the cover, I love Libby, I love this series, (that is never permitted to end, btw!) and I love the updated bio. I really like to see authors change or update their bios every now and again. It allows us to get to know the author a little better. That’s important, at least to me. Your books are labors of love. We read them b/c we love your style, your voice, your humor- it’s nice when we get a glimpse (or a varied glimpse) of you as a person and who you are when you’re not behind a keyboard. Like usual, I can’t wait for this one, Lib!
I’m so glad you got a chuckle. I know I get bored with the same bio. I never imagined anyone noticed when I mixed it up! LOL. Fingers crossed that Kensington feels the same way about the series as you do! xoxo
The bios that I read are of the authors I truly care about. The ones that I “religiously follow” as my mother puts it. lol. So, I notice the changes right away. Now, as for the life of Poppy, Aunt Ginny, and Sir Fig~ You leave that to me. I’ll visit Kensington and have a “discussion” with them. I’m 6 foot tall. People pay attention to 6 foot women. I just hope the editors, et al are shorter than I am. LOL. XOXO right back to you. Of course, the fuzzies get hugs and kisses too, please.
oooh time to pre-order!!
Yay! Thank you!!!
Congratulations on this beautiful book!
Thank you, Linda! xoxo
This is by far my favorite series. I can’t believe how excited I get when each new book in the series comes out. I love the cover and can’t wait to go on this adventure with Poppy and the gang. Thanks Libby 😍😍
