About the author
Ang Pompano has been writing for more than twenty years. His first novel, When It’s Time for Leaving, was nominated for an Agatha Award. His short stories have appeared in many anthologies, including Malice Domestic Mystery Most Edible. He wrote Diet of Death, a lighthearted culinary cozy mystery, because he needed some fun during the pandemic. He is a longtime member of the New England Crime Bake Committee and board member of Sisters in Crime New England. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, Annette, and their two rescue dogs.

What a great cover reveal. That coffee and all the food really look authentic enough to reach for and enjoy eating. And, there are visual “clues” that invite me to read: papers on the floor, pills on the table, the coffee spilling etc. They all pull me in and make me want to read the book. Well done!
