Dotty Defends a Detective by Diane Ezzard (Cozy)
Locked up for murder, but is the detective a killer? When Dotty’s friend DS Dave Banks is arrested for murdering his partner, Dotty refuses to believe he is guilty. Is Dave being framed? Rhubarb Pie Before You Die by Gin Jones (Cozy)
Mabel’s hope of finding an enthusiastic farmer to buy Stinkin’ Stuff Farm is dying a little bit every day. So far, all she’s found are double-dealing developers. But after a heated dispute over grass clippings with an obsessive local rhubarb breeder, she discovers something even more distressing—the breeder in question undisputedly dead in his greenhouse.
Death By Magic by Abigail Keam (Historical)
Josiah goes to a fundraiser for abandoned Thoroughbred horses and meets Rudy Lee; whereupon, he tells her a fortune teller at the event prophesied he will be murdered. But while Josiah tells Rudy the fortune is utter nonsense, she can’t help shake the notion the fortune teller might be right.
Death in the Clan by Carly Reid (Cozy)
The MacNaughton Clan Gathering is proceeding as you might expect, with plenty of kilts, tartan, ceilidh dancing, haggis and whisky. Oh, and down in the walled garden – a pretender to the estate with a knife in his back. Jessica Greer is attending the event in her role as The Dalkinchie and Drummond Herald reporter. Now, unfortunately, she’s also the person who discovered the body.
Divided in Crime by Elise Sax (Traditional)
Piper has disappeared. Just as Peter was going to take their relationship to the next level, she ran away. Or she was abducted. Now, Peter will stop at nothing to get her back, no matter what the consequences.
