What a great story! A father that wasn’t there has made Audrey shy from commitments. Nightmares have begun again when a serial killer replicates kidnappings from the past which included her baby brother. Local TBI agent, J.D., who recently discovered he’s a father is learning the ins and outs of raising a teenage daughter gets pulled into this case. The mystery was good and I had a good time guessing who the killer was. The author had a couple of red herrings and the twists and turns of who it could be kept me turning the pages. I like that the author did not rush the romance, but let it grow gradually between Audrey and J.D. I’m looking forward to the sequel. My rating: 5 stars
