OMG! This is an awesome read. I don’t know how she does it, but Julie had done it again by delivering a story that I could not put down. The suspenseful nature of this hard-hitting story kept me in tuned to the fast and furious pace of this riveting drama as Ollie searches for answers about her father’s death. With each page turned, the tension escalated as this exceptionally written mystery moved towards its momentous conclusion. With a great backdrop of DC, terrific dialogue and a great cast of characters, this is the best book thus far in this delightfully entertaining series that include bonus recipes.
I’ve been waiting for another in this series! Not sure it’s made its way tot he library yet so might have to wait a little longer. Glad to hear that it will be worth the wait.
I just finished this book and I loved it. There was a little more personal aspect to this one since Ollie now has a boy friend. they worked together solving the mystery and also did some crime stopping.
I loved this book. It was really nice to see more of Ollie’s life outside of the White House. I loved the personal nature of her investigation and her struggle to balance her need to know the truth when it intersects with National Security. I am going to have a hard time waiting for the next book in this series.
