Sometimes the best way to know a person is by asking questions, so letโ€™s meet Gia.

What is your name?
Hi! Iโ€™m Gia Morelli. Thank you for having me. Iโ€™m really happy to be here.

In a few sentences, what is a typical day in your life like?
I usually get up early, drop Thor off at doggie day care, and meet Earl for a cup of coffee at the cafรฉ before I open. Unfortunately, most of my time at the cafรฉ is spent in front of the grill, though Iโ€™d really like to be able to get out front and visit with my guests more often. After I close, I restock everything and prep for the next day, then head home to spend some time playing with Thor. On my rare days off, I either hang out with Savannah or do something with my friend Trevor. Trevor has decided to teach me how to enjoy the Florida wilderness. Yeah, right. Weโ€™ll see about that.
