Nope.

Emma, but she’s more of a kid or family member.

What town do you live in?
South Cove, California

Would you say you live in a small town or a big city?
Small tourist town.

Type of dwelling and do you own or rent?
I own my (I guess, our) house. I inherited it from a friend who was killed a few years ago. Two-story cottage on the bluff above the ocean. Well, if you don’t count the road.

What is your favorite spot in your home?
My kitchen. I love spending time with Greg or my friends or my aunt in the kitchen. It’s a gathering place.

Favorite meal and dessert?
Fish and chips. Vanilla milk shake.

Do you have any hobbies?
I’m not crafty, not at all. But I love reading. It’s part of my job, at least that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

What is your favorite vacation spot?
Since I live on the beach and in a tourist town, I love to visit new places. Every day can be a vacation at home.

What music do you listen to?
Mostly country.

Do you have a favorite book?
Just one? LOL Mostly it’s the last one I read that made me think. Right now? It’s The Institute by Stephen King.

What is your idea of a really fun time?
Spending the evening with my guy on the couch. I’ll have a book in hand, he’s watching sports. And Emma is hanging with us. Oh, and ice cream.

If you were to write a memoir, what would you call it?
** Living in Paradise **

Amateur or professional sleuth and whom do you work with?
Amateur sleuth or busy body if you listen to Greg.

In a few sentences, what is a typical day in your life like?
I get up early and work the opening shift for my shop. Commuters need their coffee. And it’s slow so I get to read. A lot. Then if I’m lucky, lunch at Diamond Lille’s either with Greg or Amy. A run with Emma in the afternoon. More reading. Dinner with Greg. More reading. Wow. When you list it out like that I do a lot of reading. It’s a tough life, but someone needs to do it. 😊
