This action-packed and fast paced drama packs heat that kept me reading all through the night. This intensifying mystery takes it up a notch when Wilco finds a body and I’m pulled into the frenzy that follows and it really hits that fan when that fateful moment from Brynn’s past comes knocking at her door. The author does a great job with the narrative that explodes off the page as Brynn searches for answers in a place where her life is splintered between two communities and secrets someone wants to remain hidden. This riveting tale held me captive with all that was happening and that ending. . . I can’t wait to read the next book in this engagingly gripping series.
