Once again, Larissa deliver a humorous tale that shows the struggles of a determined woman who has the guts to do what must be done. Expertly written with engaging dialogue and a fast-paced read, this mystery kept me glued to the pages as I watched every sequence play its part that included stints from Dot to her father to even Lex. With plenty of suspects and clues waiting to be discovered, the author kept this story moving towards an ending worthy of the drama being told. Another great novel from Larissa and I look for more action with Fin, Lex and a surprise newcomer to their fold.
I’m partly through Larissa’s latest book and I’m really enjoying it. If it weren’t for cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, fixing 6 meals a day 😍, doing laundry and spending three days straight with my awesome grandchildren, I may be able to get Cupid Caper finished up soon. Sometimes reading just HAS to be put on the back burner, right? Love Larissa’s stories as the Southern characters she writes about really amuse a Northern gal like me!!
