The author delivered an engaging and fast-paced whodunit that I could not put down. The writing was crisp and the tone comfortable making it easy to follow along the path the author has set. The mystery was well-designed with plenty of suspects, an assortment of secrets and clues left to uncover and red herrings that kept me guessing and involved in what was happening on the page. I enjoyed watching the duo seek out their prey and it was great watching Rose shine and we got to see more of their different personalities, especially with their banters. This was a fun book to read and one of the best in this delightfully charming series.
