I always love my time spent with the Muccio, Donovan, and Sullivan family as I know I’m in for a fun adventure that I will not forget.
In their latest adventure, the gang are on a cruise, thanks to Sally’s father, where murder on the high seas occur. When Nicoletta becomes the prime suspect, the girls, despite their feelings for her, search for a killer hiding in plain sight. I had such a fun time reading this book with a ship full of suspects (okay, only a few have a motive) and having to look for clues and decipher who is telling the truth. There were a few twists and turns that took this story up a notch, and I couldn’t wait to see how this was going to end. The visually descriptive narrative, engaging dialogue and the cruise ship as the backdrop, gave it such an appeal that I wanted to go on a cruise, but not the one they were on. As always, the eclectic cast of characters makes it all seem real and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Again, a terrific book in this delightfully endearing series.
