Who is this stranger in town? He seems to be the source of all kinds of positive, unique and unexplainable occurrences in Mountain Center, but is he too good to be true? From a small town in North Carolina to a return trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico, the facts that Youngblood uncovers about Mountain Center’s new visitor make less and less sense. Dru’s Short Musing:
This is one of my favorite series that should be more known. Mr. Donnelly continues to engage me in the telling of his latest story featuring Donald Youngblood. In this drama, a mystery is afoot, and nothing will deter Donald from finding out the truth which brings surprising results. A fast-paced and well-written narrative that kept me both intrigued and in suspense as I too wondered the mysteriousness of the person presenting himself in Mountain Center and the mystical messages put upon its residents. Mr. Donnelly did a wonderful job in creating this endearing tale of the holiday spirt that abounds throughout where the ending was both touching and uplifting.
