Kristopher Zgorski owner of BOLO Books will be receiving the Malice Domestic Amelia Award next year. To honor that, he developed a new initiative, called We Are What We Read. Over the next 12 months, 8 members of our crime fiction family (new folks each month) will discuss books they found influential, overlooked, or in need of promotion for some other reason they deem appropriate. The restrictions were minimal, as I wanted to ensure we received a wide variety of selections.
