Hey there, mystery lovers! Coco Cline, here. I can’t believe how much has happened to me in the past year. After two nationally televised takedowns of cold-blooded killers, things have finally started to get back to normal in Central Shores, Delaware. Or as normal as life can be when you’re a social media influencer with over three million followers.

In fact, instead of being online all the time, I’ve been more focused than ever on my social media marketing firm, Center of Attention Consulting. Now that I have a client engagement manager helping me out, we’re able to work with more clients, which I love.

I start my day with a huge cup of coffee. Sometimes, if I’m lucky, I get to share it with my boyfriend, Hudson Caruthers. Hudson has been super swamped with the launch of his true crime show, Crime Sweet Home: A Look at Local Mysteries. Because he’s been so busy lately, it makes it easier for me to stay focused on my work rather than hanging out with him. Although, I often end up hanging out with my besties, Jasper and Charlotte, instead.

Once I’m sufficiently caffeinated, I dive into managing my social media accounts. I’m most active on Instagram, Facebook, and—cringe—X (I will never not call it Twitter), so I spend time checking in with my followers and posting about my latest sponsored product or charity organization. I love using my platform to promote companies trying to do good in the world, whether it be through eco-friendly products or helpful initiatives. The latest small business I’ve partnered with creates water bottles that filter your water as you drink it. What’s more, not only are they reducing plastic waste, but they’re also using their profits to provide clean drinking water to underdeveloped countries. That’s the kind of good I want to promote in the world.

After addressing social media comments and checking in on my blog, Trending Topic, I get ready for a day of client engagements. My business, Center of Attention, or CoA, helps businesses elevate their online brand through social media and website development. Since my specialty is social media, I thought it was a great way to help people while making some money in the process.

While I usually assist small businesses that don’t have the resources for in-house marketing teams, my latest client is Internet-sensation LaTàge. Yes, the LaTàge. To have one of the world’s most popular influencers request my services was a shock to say the least. I mean, I’m very good at what I do, but LaTàge is from LA, and there are a whole host of people and publicity firms she could reach out to. To have her ask for CoA’s help is a huge honor, and I really hope I don’t mess things up! Otherwise, LaTàge could ruin me with a single tweet.

Speaking of LaTàge, it’s almost time for my meeting with her. It’s kinda weird she hasn’t responded to any of my messages since she arrived in Central Shores for an in-person meeting. I hope she’s okay…
