I really love this series, especially the passionately determined spitfire that is Cherry Tucker. She is a hoot and makes me laugh at the situations she finds herself ensnared in her own doing. In this fast-paced and action-filled drama, Cherry is all afire when her name is being tarnished and she indirectly becomes involved in a murder. And when no one listens to her, the fun begins as she takes on the cops, her old friend Max, and a newcomer in the pursuit of justice, all while trying to salvage her artist career. With a well-plotted storyline, witty banter, a warm and friendly feel and a great supporting cast that surrounds Cherry, this was very enjoyable and I am eager to read the next book in this charmingly appealing series.
