In a few sentences, what is a typical day in your life like?
My mornings start early, but not as early as Jerry’s. He’s a part time short order cook at the local diner and works the breakfast shift. Once my eyes are open and I’m coherent, I go there for breakfast, then check in at my office on Main Street to see if there are any cases. If not, I’ll spend the day painting.

What is a typical day when you are on a case?
If I have a case, then I’ll start by checking with the folks of Celosia, who are a varied and colorful bunch. Most of my cases are very ordinary, such as tracking down lost items or settling minor disputes. If it’s a serious case, Jerry and I search for clues, being careful not to get in the way of Chief of Police, Gus Brenner, even though he admits I’ve been very helpful on past cases.
